Karla has been working on her first solo CD -Way Back – this year and it will be released at the end of 2012. Karla assembled a lovely cast of some of Vancouver’s most talented roots musicians and has created a beautiful album, drawing on blues and old-time roots. ‘Way Back’ is a gorgeous combination of soulful vocals, rich harmonies, intricate arrangements and powerful performances.
